SHIPPING INFO

How long does it take to receive my orders?

Within 3 days, within Singapore. 

How much will delivery/shipping cost be?

We are happy to offer free delivery via Singpost normal parcel for all orders of value under SGD35. We offer Free Singpost Smartpac Courier (parcel track-able) for all orders above SGD35 within Singapore. 

We offer free deliveries to 3 neighboring countries such as Australia, Taiwan, Malaysia, for each transaction value of SGD100 & above. Otherwise delivery fee of SGD7 to above neighboring countries applies with estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days.

We offer free delivery to Australia for each transaction value of SGD120 & above. Otherwise delivery fee of SGD10 to Australia applies with estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days.

 

PAYMENT METHOD

What payment methods are available?

Credit Card: At this time, the only payment method available is PayPal (Credit Card or PayPal Balance).

We accept Visa and MasterCard. 

What is Iconic's Privacy Policy?

All pages of our Iconic website are in Https. HTTPS is a secured protocol, which means all communications between clients' browsers and our website are encrypted. This prevents people from hacking into the requests to retrieve sensitive information such as passwords, credit card numbers, etc.

We launch new arrivals every 2 weeks. Check back often to see what’s newly launched.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY/RETURN POLICY

Can exchange for sizes?

Yes, we allow exchange of sizes of same design within 1 week should you find that the size does not fit you. Do email us at iconicsales001@gmail.com to inform us first of the size that you want to exchange & model number & parcel code & we will inform you of return parcel address via email. Exchange items must be in original condition (unwashed and unworn) & must have all hang-tags attached to Apparels with our packaging Ziplock pouch. Ship the package with your preferred shipping provider at your own costs. Do put in a note with your name, contact number, your address, your preferred exchange size, in your package. Courier over to Iconic Apparels @ 30 Kallang pudding Road, #04-01A, valiant industrial building, Singapore 349312 & advise us your tracking number via email to iconicsales001@gmail.com. 

What return options are available?

Do email us at iconicsales001@gmail.com first. We allow exchange only should the apparels be defective. Items must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items must have all hang-tags attached with no stains. Items must be returned within 7 days from the date the item is received. Ship the package with your preferred shipping provider at your own costs. Do put in a note with your name & contact number & your address in your package.

How long it will take to receive my refund?

It takes 2 weeks to process refund after receiving the return apparels in good condition. Our customer service will contact you to follow-up on refund.
